Entry to the AI Pentest Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is free and no purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited. Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms, Cobalt general terms and conditions, and privacy policy are available at https://www.cobalt.io/terms. Giveaway entry will occur via form fill on Giveaway landing page, beginning on 7 AM GMT November 1, 2024 and ending on 8 PM GMT on November 30, 2024 (the “Giveaway Period”), with a drawing for the prize to occur at or around December 2, 2024. Any entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will be void. Giveaway governed by Delaware law.
Entry is restricted to one per company. Entry is open to current, past, or prospective Cobalt customers. Current Resellers or Referral Partners of Cobalt are not eligible for entry. Multiple entries will be disregarded. Entrants may not be domiciled in a country restricted by or be themselves subject to any US, UK, or EU sanctions. By entering into this Giveaway and providing an email in connection with your entry, you agree to permit Cobalt to use said email for marketing purposes. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing emails at any time via unsubscribe links provided in any Cobalt marketing email or by reaching out to privacy@cobalt.io.
The Giveaway winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in their entry. Failure to respond to said notice within three (3) days will void entry and another winner shall be selected at random. As a condition of acceptance of the prize, each winner agrees to the use of their business name, logo, trademark, and likeness in Cobalt marketing materials, solely for the purpose of identifying the same as the winner of said prize. The decision naming the winners is final.
The prize offered to the Giveaway winner is one (1) Cobalt AI Pentest, valued at no greater than a sixteen (16) Cobalt credit test and delivered via the Cobalt PtaaS platform, subject to change without notice. Each winner is solely responsible for paying all costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein, including without limitation, taxes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, entrants acknowledge that the winning entry qualifies for AI pentesting only; any award hereunder may not be used for any other testing types.
